I find a workaround for this. Go to settings and change your date on computer manually. Also turn off automatic set of time. I know this is not a solution but it can point to the problem for developers. Date must be before 12.01.2021. And if you do this game also works in a browser. Game works for Fuerst because of a different time zone.

Me too, can not login neither from facebook nor from website through client (KALPackageBrowser). It still notices about the flash player which was really outdated

It works on chedot browser. Just click run this time when prompted for flash use.

I've found a fix, it's a bit hacky, but it works,


basically, adobe super don't want to have any headaches from flash propping up in the future, so halfway through last year they effectively coded in a timebomb, so flash will prevent itself from opening after the 12th of January.

however, they obviously needed to code this in at some point, so you can use an OLDER version of flash that doesn't have the lockout code in it.
Yes, it also wont have whatever bug fixes, etc. that were fixed in the newer versions, but at least it will still run.

Preferably someone more official than me will be able to fix the client, but until then, this is what I did.



Step 1: go to the website 301 Moved Permanently
Step 2: Download the file, it should be called "pepflashplayer.dll" and it should be about 17MB
Step 3: copy the newly downloaded file into the folder where your KAL (Mythos) client is stored
Step 4: remove/rename the file in that folder called "pepflashplayer32_32_0_0_433.dll"
Step 5: rename your newly downloaded dll to "pepflashplayer32_32_0_0_433.dll" (same as the old file)
The game should now work

Worth Noting, that chrome probably wont let you download a dll file, as that can be super dangerous for your computer, but most other browsers will warn you and let you download it anyways.

Oh, apparently, the magical version of flash is:
32.0.0.371

It doesn't contain the lockout code in it.
I'm not sure if that's the final version without the lock, but I know that this version does work, so that's good enough for me.


EDIT:
seems my other message was too long or because it was my first ever post and needed to be checked by moderators before people can see it.
basically, flash locks itself on Jan 12, an older version without this lock could be used to remove this problem, full instructions are in my other much longer post that should appear at some point if the moderators deem it acceptable.

I tried Puffin but it lag too much impossible to play

Now it works in the client, but apparently only as a new account.

So adobe is now blocked and out of date, and the thing said that it would do this on the 12th, and also said it will block any flash players that play with adobe.

Is there any flash players that we can use? I wish that adobe didn't do this stuff, like come on, its part of history

changing your date back is just desperate at that point.. rip guys. time to go live our lives. Flash ended today on the 12th. the devs made a client with Flash in it but flash ends means everything with flash in it goes as well. theres no loophole around this. Well, i just tried to return playing the game and experienced the end of flash, including the client.
So, i was trying to gather info for a workaround and got this information that can, maybe, helps the devs to remove the time lock of flash.
