Could we get some information about what the "additional data" is? It seems unusual that Crimson Butterfly can't be sent in the mail by GMs but it can be sent in the mail by AH.
Could we get some information about what the "additional data" is? It seems unusual that Crimson Butterfly can't be sent in the mail by GMs but it can be sent in the mail by AH.
I know it seems strange, non-sensical even, but there appears to be 2 different db tables for cards that exist in the game and cards/items that cna be sent via the mail tool.
So, even though the card is fully implemented in the game, can be found in booster packs or won in season rewsrds etc., it could be missing from the Mail tool.
And the delay you experienced is us waiting for the developer to add the missing card to the mail tool backend.

Maybe, next time there's a problem it might be a good idea to explain what the problem is so people know it's beyond your control?
