Submitting a Support Ticket

Hello Heroes,
Below you'll find a quick Guide on an alternative way to write to support, via the Ticket system.
Till now, you've been sending an email to support via: support@kingsandlegends.com, you can continue doing so if you prefer.



1. Go to the main Gamigo site and login to your Gamigo account (use your KaL account details) and click the Support button:



2. Your now in the Support centre, click 'Send a Ticket'


3. Find the game you want to submit a ticket for, and click it.

Time to fill in the details. Please provide your ingame name, server and time/date the issue occurred, along with any relevant details that might help support investigate and answer as quick as possible.




5. Once you're done, you'll view a 'Ticket submitted' page with your ticket number and a summary of your details.



6. Plus you'll also get an Auto-Reply to confirm your ticket has entered the system!

  • Go to the top of the page
  • Activate Facebook
