Normally Forever. But there are rumors that a ticket from some guy was resolved but there is no actual evidence to prove that theory.

I send a Lot of tickets throughout the time im playing here "around 2 years" i get response from all, some of are solved others not. I suppose if you didn't get any response its because the subject of the ticket its not relevant or lack of content...maybe...

I think I've only submitted one ticket previously, and it was resolved within 24 hours. This one just seems to be taking a bit longer, so I wasn't sure if I needed to do something else.

on avarage i get an reply in around 15 to 20 minutes I think, depends on how long the ticket is. Once it took them almost 2 hours to get back, but that was on christmas eve, so I guess thats still acceptable.

there are two people who run the support system (for all language versions). this means that it takes a lot of time for the tickets to be processed. The auto response of 'we will look into it' shouldn't take long to receive depending on how many tickets are being sent. That said, a lot of the time they wont message back or give further details e.g. if you report someone due to legality.
