Dear Heroes,

Gamigo is currently in the midst of a large project to migrate its entire portfolio to a single-backend Platform.
Kings And Legends as well as a variety of other games, will have necessary systems migrated to a new backend platform tomorrow.

From 10:00am 27/09/2018 until ??:?? 27/09/2018 (we hope for c.a 4 hours minimum), some services of KAL will be affected:

- Login to the game after 10:00am will not be possible until Migration is finished

- Gold Shop will not be available

+ The Forum and Website will be available

+ If you are in the game when the migration starts, you will not be kicked. Active game sessions will remain active during the migration (probably).

A slight delay to the starting time but it's still planned today. We are in a queue with a bunch of other games and a small issue up the line is having a knock-on effect.

Hello Heroes,


Yesterday as we were finishing the migration of our Game Services Connectors, there was a brief moment where our Billing/Shop API was disconnected.
This means that some of you who made purchases (during a brief moment) may have not received the Gold you paid for.

If this is the case, please contact our Customer Support Team and we will rectify this and send you your Gold post-Haste.

Information to include to speed up our verification process and send you the Gold:

- Please send the ticket from the same email address you login/registered to the game with.
- Your Character Name
- Game Server the Gold was bought for
- The Price of the Pack (4.99 Eur, 10.00 Usd, 49.99 Gbp etc.)

This is just so we can quickly find the transaction and send the corresponding Gold amount.
