What does KAL need?

This thread is to jump back on what i was saying in my previous post.

KAL is a great game but the player base is too low and that drives away potential customer. YOY growth is on a downward trend.

-we need merge asap
-ingame updates
-blind queue
-updates to ascension tower
-auction house needs a revamp
-boss rewards
-remove energy
-currency exchange crystal/ruby/gold/silver.
-keep up the daily login
-rep shop rotation/update

I understand that most of these wont happen as it requires approval from the chinese dev, just note that the chinese server is just as dead. If we continue to follow their footstep this game is doom. Prioritize and focus on the big picture instead of trying to weather the storm with mini events.

Feel free to add other insights you have.

very agree with this "-currency exchange crystal/ruby/gold/silver."
about ascension tower u not say what changes u want so no opinion
my wish is permanent mounts so this stable maybe can be no useless building set up only for crystals too much
and yes i want all buildings raise cap maybe not 10 just 5

That's what SHOULD happen, but its NOT. Remember that this is a business before a service, their main goal is to get you to spend and then let you have your fun with their events and such. Priority #1 is to create more OP cards so those pay2win players go right up and shell out money to remain relevant and competitive. When business is good next thing is everyone else.
Those are all good suggestions but the chance of the actual implementation is up for debate, the game ran on this money first mentality for a long time which is why it became the way it is now. Things are changing slowly, the best and most successful game companies know their customers are their foundation and know how to promote their brand. These are the ones with a healthy balance between customer satisfaction and money making, so until the mentality of KaL changes it will continue what its doing now.

i think though that now we have iArches as Community Manager, a lot more things will get done. Every time she makes a report to the game moderators, she always asks / pokes for things we are asking for like merges etc

the reason? well each game only has 3 members of support for all languages

so kal has 3 support people for French, English and German, 3 people to deal with 3 languages, thats the problem

Hello Dragon. A lot of the issues raised here were already raised as part of the Community Feedback received in April, certainly in the full report delivered to iArches. As you stated in your original post most of the final decisions about the majority of issues you mentioned will be made by the Developers. At least those of which were approved by the Managers at Gamigo. There's not much I can give you by way of an official response but I believe that a merge is still planned. The first date was postponed and a new date has not been decided yet. Lots of other things are planned too but there is no magic wand that will help up to satisfy everyone's wishes and there never will be. We are pushing the most important issues and we are still making efforts to act upon the feedback from March. The next Community Feedback Report will be in August and this would be the best time to make suggestions and raise new issues.

another problem , Some players are low quality .

to bother or to cheat other players ,

let some players just want fun and pure from this game feel bad and sad.

and feel bad player out the game.

sometimes GM say need to Proof how by cheated or by harassed.

but who play often screen or record when you not noticed that low quality player do that on time.

often after you feel obsession and by cheated you aware of it.

but player hard to proof even they Really lost or damg.

Hello 6stardust,

Support will need to see some evidence or anyone could accuse a player of anything (some still do this regardless of any proof). We are aware that some players talk trash in public chat but this is true of any unmoderated platforms (and even moderated ones). If you have evidence of players cheating or creating serious issues in-game, then providing this proof will certainly raise the awareness of which players are (as you say) 'low quality'. Once there is sufficient evidence against a player, the appropriate actions can be taken.

But my intention is not to accuse any player , so not see i write any nick name here.

even i had enough proof (coincidence recorded a full screen )

and after i feel something wrong , i go back and find this files in my computer.

they(bad ppls) often wishper to us , and i know other ppls had same things from those bad ppls.

Everyone has a different personality , i don't want to Blame on public.

but i just want expression that will let Paid(recharged) players quit the game , and that why Dragon say player base is too low one of the reasons. (i thought)

Cause that Feeling is really frustrating . and some good ppls quit , bad ppls stay . and bad ppls still cheat or bother new guys.

They disguised very well , even to expose ,and they had several acc to excuse ( act friends).

i don't want see that often happen to break a good game.

that was mine and my friends ture story.

Correct, half of the player are running more than one account to boost them self.

This was a big issue pointed out by players in other thread. One of the biggest issues for starters.

New players are having issue progressing in this game due to the low player base, lack of help on dungeon bosses due to level difference.

PVP score is too low to match anyone. Which means all the new players tend to quit around lvl 20-30 as they end up being stuck and unable to grow.
