You should write to support in the first place. Usually it takes one day or so for them to reply (at least this is my experience).

I belive they already have full hands with recent servers problems, it's not like they are sitting in front of computer and wait for some guy to report his problem and then fix it right away, KaL is also not the only game they take care of.

You reported your problem late at night, when they don't work, so instead of saying 12+ hours, should say 1+ hours 'since they had opportunity to see my problem and fix it'. Don't be so rash :<
KaL gave me cancer but who cares >:v

I am perfectly aware that they are busy and that they have lots of stuff to do. While I would like problems to be fixed fast, my last couple of comments were about getting a reply back from them so I would at least know that it was at least seen. As for me reporting the problem late at night, yes, you're also right. While I did mention earlier that they may be asleep, I did not take into account the time difference.
