New cards

Its been awhile since we have gotten new pvp cards. Or spells in general.
My suggestion for a spell would be making a forget ability spell for all classes. With the growing amount of wheels and the sun its hard when you dont have counters to it other than being a mage. Priest have nothing to counter a wheel and and awakened sun with its return makes matchs boring because there is no way to get rid of it.
I missed recharges or whatever events for dragon kane. I have blue violet but on a field of creatures she will very rarely hit wheel if its on or sun.
So in short. add a forget ability spell to other classes.

there will be 2 more creatures which debuff reliable forgetfulness (one debuffs all enemy cards on summon like doomskar, the other debuffs new summons of ur enemy (like the mage specialist). They might even come in epic, as they both have epic versions in china.

Well, the priest has nothing to contradict, but there is something to avoid negative effects, "chosen", the magicians do not have it. So his request was the same as a wizard asking for some ability to put artic barrier or the shield ward on a creature ... in my opinion, what a priest needs its more abilities to do dmg, mage has a lot / warrior or ranger and priest is only 2. and both are a little pointless.

but those are creatures. why not some spell cards that will help in the sense. That way there not already disabled when you play them because of wheel or whatever else.

Yes each class has their own unique. But the classes havnt changed at all while coming out with new cards. Theyve become outdated and need to change with the cards coming out with how the new focuses are.

I agree, but lets face it nerf doesnt happen. Updates to balance the game will not happen until they decide to restructure their staffing. Kal is under the chinese dev.umbrella which means they cant make any decisions

As a new player on S17 as a mage that is so true lol.

It’s painful to hold 2 chosen cards in hand and having no way to kill the enemy wheel off to cast chosen onto a card so it has a chance to reach the enemy wheel before one of the enemy mages casts petrify which is always x3 in the enemy deck and at least 1 Djin/Meditate (I'm trying to emphasise that in a 24+ turn game a single mage will usually use petrify 10 - 20 times against a priest) so a Wheel makes any close game into no chance in hell. And no don’t tell me priest has dispel/sacred touch to counter, should a priest run 3 or some sort of split between it and dispel in a high volume and draw 2 of them in the first 5 turns that’s is almost guaranteed loss, should a mage draw 2 petrify in the first turn, not even first 4, he has the same or even higher chance of winning, just the value of an offensive card that destroys a cards value unless it has a form of ward/nimble against a reactive card that does nothing unless the moon is full and your enemy wares a blue tie and Santa has you as number 17264 on his list (again emphasising the card is only valid in a unique scenario unlike petrify which is valid in all but very few unique scenarios, wheel, 1v1 magician and… nothing else). To date the one and only card as priest that works well for me to make full advantage of chosen is Spike Sabe-Rattler, the irony is he has his own ward so all he’s getting in pvp is the damage, again the hp & regen aren’t all that great because fireball/range magic damage will still kill him off al be it usually 1 turn slower.

Sadly in team games chosen is now usually a liability, +3 damage +9 life sounds good but it removes buffs (Including AURA buffs that are incredibly common among most classes), such as shaman +2 attack + 6 hp or soteria +8 armor/MR, or even worse life wards 3 turn resurrection. Chosen was a nice spell when it came out but now it needs to be updated to ward not arctic barrier to be considered a threat as personally the only thing I cast it for in pvp is to get the arctic ward so the damn priests cant petrify the card the other stats on it are more or less negligible. Yes chosen can be used on multi strike units to burst down enemy hero, but face it if that’s happening it was already 70% in the favor of the chosen casting priest that he would of won the game even without having the chosen on in its deck.

On that note I’d like to point out a bug on Soteria and Chosen One, should she get disabled and the chosen to re enable her abilities, she loses the ability to grant a shield to all ally’s. This is a result of her patch change after being released that instead of doing what her passive aura states, giving everyone else a 4 or 8 armor/MR/ it instead gives her a buff which and it is that buff that spreads the aura. Meaning that if the is “Chosen One” enhance and cannot receive any buffs due to the arctic barrier that comes with chosen one she cannot grant the armor/resist. As a priest I ask this change to soteria be reverted so it works like a normal aura.

If any class need some new spells it must be warrior and only a warrior. You all just want more super madafakin spells, more and better but Warrior need those speels just to not stay at bronze age.

honestly no one is debating that warriors are ripped off. im just saying priest is as well minimum. i get a priest is a healer but with no real attack they cant defend themself in 1v1.

we have zero warriors in our top 25. That's just sad.
Perhaps the next big update will have something better for warriors.
Truth be told, they were extremely OP in earlier years (encouraged military charging mifzuna/maia).
But then came rangers.
But whatever be the case earlier, exclusion of an entire class from virtually all priviledges and meta stratagems is not a sign of a healthy gameplay.
So, even if changes are made to class skills, warriors should be prioritised. Slaughter pit and rally point needs rework.

Dont wait for new updates, the ones coming, and if they are coming here, are new synth cards, and 4 new ultimate skills. Dont expect nothing more than that...maybe we will have new kind of cards until end of this year that works with some kind of sacrifice system like saddles. And some Maps and Bosses have new graphics. Thats all we can get new, so don't expect new skills or super power changes in classes. Or a miracle that saves this game and changed it for a 4k new generation with directx12 effects and some VR engine...lol

Chinese Servers are experiencing various problems, the same problems that we had in s17 and now in the other clusters (servers).

I agree, when this game launched on RoM about 5 years ago I was one of those whales running a rush warrior and as evil as it was to one shot people in pvp, it was still fun.

Good news though, with double damage being the new go-to this year and if KaL follows RoM which now has 4 double damage cards (btw they multiplicatively stack) thought aside lumi the other 3 are specific to a race/damage element. In a few months the old warrior/rogue meta might be back, yup one shot your enemy no matter what HP they’re at because the 1st hit will be doing 100+.
