These Chinese guys sure have one hell of a decent job lol. Well its like 5pm in China now so there day is almost over so i am guessing it wont be fixed till tomorrow for us?.

Game Devs will make a full server Restart and then inspection tomorrow early morning, so I would hope service is restored around 05:00 - 06:00am.

I have an account in chinese servers (server 151) and theres the same problem there. No arena, no tower, no battlement, no bosses nothing. So i belive when the problem was solved there will be solved here... But its really anoying that we have around 1 week and can´t play, a lot of stuff that we lost because of this bug...
Dont say its your fault mods, you have here for us, and you are doing a good job, with these forum events and compensations but im sure that guys in the western side of the world, that earn the real cash of this game are not even bothering about us...and that really upsets me... a lot, that we need our game been fixed by some guys in the other side of the world that dont give a sh...t for us.... and that's sad.
s 17 still not working it has been 5 days now and nothing has been done to fix problem
what happened to the full restart @ 5am - were going into 6 days now. I refuse to recharge if the server is bugged thats a risk i will not take.
What's going on, Is there still a problem to fix server 17?
It is now 4pm in China so the devs have been in at least 7 hours so i am guessing there will not be a fix to server 17 again today.

First of all,i would like to say that i'm sure volounteer staff did all in their power to sovle issue(or atleast alert whoever can fix it) and that this is not ''i'm mad'' type of post,but rather critisism to help improve situations like server 17 is currently in.I also understand that extra time taken is also result of this happening in worst possible time-hollydays.
I can understand the part where ''employers come back to work on 02.01'' and i'm pretty sure most of us can respect that. What i cannot understand is compleate ''silence'' about what happened,when it will be fixed and giving us desinformations! It only means that communication between people we occur at forum and whom try their best to help us and people responsable for game is weak.
if you already run a game that barely gets any new content except new cards,and you got community of people spending thousands of dollars you either should update content or have it perfectly organised and running. And unfortunatly every critical situation so far,wich are rare but very frustrating,shown that you got neither.
The point is...s17 been sitting in dark for past 5 days,and NONE precise information was given. It was all followed by ''hopefully will be fixed'' .''should look into it'' and etc. And its pretty much like that every time some problem occurs.And truthfully,its really hard to get big issues in game that does not even recieve updates. I do not know who got lazy with content,but lets be honest it feels like the game is mliking as much money as it can with only adding op 1k and 8k gold cards.
Unfortunatly,it reminds me more and more of some old platforms that got closed,and since i do not want it to happen,i advice and please you to improve something communication and game-wise. I also reccomend people to stop spending money untill we get some new content

Sorry for the delay folks, was fixed earlier today around 11am.
Re. Compensation: I wouldn't compensate in the time the server is STILL broken (in regards to previous days) as during that time you cannot know if a rollback is needed (which would strip out any compensation sent for that period) or if additional comp. will be needed due to more time/days needed to resolve the problem.
