Could someone help me? Plis I really need help

Hey everyone

I got an issue while logging into the game, I can login into the website perfectly, but when I click on play and choose a server, it shows me a black screen and on the top left saying " ERR_300 "

Could someone help me out, plis? I really like this game and I only logged in once and played perfectly, and when I tried now to login again today, it showed me that error

Hello Nagazami,

Please try clearing your browsers cache completely and restarting your browser. Try reconnecting after this - if it doesn't work please check your your Flash player is update and you are connected to a stable internet connection :)

I've experienced it while using Mozilla Firefox. I solved it by choosing the Deutsch language first. When I get to the Server option screen, I change the language to English, wait for loading and then select the server.

Currently, I have replaced my web browser to Google Chrome and have never encountered any problems as above.

i heard also from lots of players that mozilla browser encounters a lot of problems while chrome hasn't these problems, so that always the best "upgrade" for game experience :b
