he could choose to heal only the major stuff that currently has no cures and leave the other stuff to the doctors so they would not be out of their jobs and leaves the economy alone

My answer to this would be to control chance. What would be the chance that we get perfect leaders for our country. lets make it 100%, Chance to win lottery, Chance for something to exist such as myths and legends. Chance to control time.

With chance you can basically have anything, do anything. You could also give yourself the chance to have another wish.
However with power comes responsibility. Abusing such power would be horrible. :thumbdown:

if he could heal everything he could make himself immortal if he chose and if he chose not to then the pharmaceutical research can still do their job in finding the cure for when he dies so its not a lose lose as you put it

1: I do like the game thanks to the variety of players and the different countrys which participate also i like the part where you have to work together to make a great game !
2: I like to take part on the forum because i like to help players with problems and to bring some awesome events which will make the players happy and willing to play more
3: Well it would be nice if you all bring up the buggs, misstakes in game etc which definitely need to be solved and if we all could talk with each other on a nice tone , not attacking each other but helping each other with solving the problems
